Interactives classes for English Education.

    Improving normal classes with the help of technology could be more simple as we can think. Skills as reading, listening, writing and speaking are the bases of English education, the problems are that for the normal teenage student repeating classes, activities, or material could be boring, resulting in a less motivated student who will not cooperate or participate in class.


    For my final project, I present a few different tools that could be used to improve interaction in the classroom. Thanks to the previous presentation of different app by the group, I select two apps that improve the way of teaching the skills mentioned before, those apps are BritishCouncil and EducaPlay. 

    The app facilitates the creation of various activities for each of the four basic language skills. It also serves as a tool to implement diagnostic tests for students. As I mentioned in the project presentation, the way we teach is crucial for the new generation. Creating interactive classes leads to more motivated students.

    During the presentation, I found difficulties engaging the audience, I belive that most of them were still working on them ownproject, but besides 3 classmates the presentation do not have a lot of attention. For future presentation I would use more visual elements to engage the audience.

    For this presentation i asked to the A.I. the next prompt " Hi, I need a presentation based on this document that I am sharing with you. This presentation must have between 10-12 slides, also this presentation is for students of English education."       This tool provided me with a solid foundation, including examples of the past continuous tense in English, covering its structure, examples, and various uses. At the moment, this presentation does not have many views on YouTube, so I have not been able to determine its effectiveness. However, both the video and the platform allow for comments, which future students can use to ask questions if needed. Personally, I admit that this was my first time using PowerPoint to create a video.
